Shaudi Fulp is a political strategist whose work spans electoral campaigns, global government relations, and public policy. She advises Fortune 500 companies, senior executives, investors, and nonprofit organizations on government relations, political strategy, and reputational risk.
As the inaugural Head of Global Government Relations for a leading entertainment, sports, and media company, she built the company's global political operations, overseeing campaign strategy and political action committees while leading public policy efforts that secured major tax incentives and enabled the company's expansion into new international markets. She later served as Chief Growth Officer of a global consultancy, where she expanded the firm's government relations and strategic communications capabilities through strategic mergers and acquisitions. Earlier, as Chief Advocate and Senior Advisor at a Fortune 10 company, she developed and executed California public policy strategy, oversaw bipartisan independent expenditure committees, and secured national regulatory approval for a landmark acquisition.
Shaudi is Chair of the External Advisory Committee for UC Berkeley's Citrin Center for Public Opinion Research and Co-Chair of the Dean's Advisory Council for UC Berkeley's Division of Social Sciences. She helped launch the Citrin Center's partnership with POLITICO, producing research juxtaposing the views of California voters and policy influencers on the state's most pressing issues. She previously served on the National Advisory Council of UC Berkeley's Institute of Governmental Studies and was named a Polsby Scholar for her research on electoral systems and ballot access.
She holds a Master of Arts in Political Science and bachelor's degrees in Legal Studies and Political Psychology (Interdisciplinary Studies) from the University of California, Berkeley.
