Shaudi Fulp advises clients across all levels of government, drawing on senior roles in advocacy, campaigns, and corporate strategy for Fortune 100 companies, global consultancies, and leading entertainment and media brands in the U.S. and abroad.
As the inaugural Head of Global Government Relations for a leading entertainment, sports, and media company, she built advocacy operations worldwide, securing major tax incentives, opening new markets, and establishing the company’s first political fundraising infrastructure and political action committees. She went on to serve as Chief Growth Officer at a fast-growing global consultancy, where she modernized the firm's government affairs, communications, and campaign capabilities through strategic mergers and acquisitions. Earlier, as Chief Advocate and Senior Advisor at a Fortune 10 company, she oversaw tax policy, directed bipartisan independent expenditure committees, and secured national regulatory approval for a high-profile acquisition.
Shaudi chairs the External Advisory Committee for the UC Berkeley Citrin Center for Public Opinion Research, serves on the Dean’s Advisory Council for UC Berkeley’s Division of Social Sciences, and sits on the Board of Directors of the LA Opera. In partnership with POLITICO, the Citrin Center released a first-of-its-kind survey juxtaposing the views of California’s general electorate and “policy influencers,” a collaboration she helped conceptualize and launch. She previously served on the National Advisory Council of the UC Berkeley Institute of Governmental Studies and was named a Polsby Scholar for her research on the Top Two Primary.
She graduated with honors from the University of California, Berkeley, where she earned a Master’s degree in Political Science and double majored in Legal Studies and Political Psychology (Interdisciplinary Studies) as an undergraduate.
